The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte, Charlotte

I had a great stay at this hotel, with outstanding accommodations and comfortable rooms. The staff was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant atmosphere. While the conference facilities were decent, they could use better layout and accessibility. Dining was enjoyable, especially the desserts, but it would have been better with coffee makers and refrigerators in the rooms.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Ballantyne Hotel. The atmosphere was luxurious and comforting, making it a perfect getaway. Although the room wasn't ready upon arrival and I experienced some delays with service requests, the overall experience was elevated by the exceptional dining options and wonderful staff. The amenities, such as the golf course views, added to the charm. I'd recommend this hotel, but just be prepared for possible minor hiccups during check-in.
