Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Ballantyne Hotel was marked by outstanding service and beautiful surroundings, making my son's rehearsal dinner a stunning event. The helpfulness of the staff, particularly Ryan and David, truly made the experience seamless. However, I had a less favorable experience during a subsequent stay at their annex, The Lodge, which was disappointing and far from the luxury expected. Overall, while the main hotel shines in service and beauty, the annex brought my experience down significantly.
The hotel has nice facilities and well-maintained common areas, but the dining experience was a huge letdown. The service in terms of housekeeping and maintenance interruptions was bothersome. The rooms were decent, but super loud at night due to noise from the hallway and street. Overall, I had better stays elsewhere, even just a couple blocks away.
I had a great stay at this hotel, with outstanding accommodations and comfortable rooms. The staff was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant atmosphere. While the conference facilities were decent, they could use better layout and accessibility. Dining was enjoyable, especially the desserts, but it would have been better with coffee makers and refrigerators in the rooms.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Ballantyne Hotel. The atmosphere was luxurious and comforting, making it a perfect getaway. Although the room wasn't ready upon arrival and I experienced some delays with service requests, the overall experience was elevated by the exceptional dining options and wonderful staff. The amenities, such as the golf course views, added to the charm. I'd recommend this hotel, but just be prepared for possible minor hiccups during check-in.
Overall, my stay at The Ballantyne had its highs and lows. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the experience at The Lodge was far from ideal, especially as a frequent guest. The staff seemed to care deeply about service, but the location of The Lodge made things inconvenient. The amenities were limited as well, which was disappointing given the brand's reputation.
I recently stayed at this hotel for business, but overall, the experience was quite disappointing. While the facilities, including the pool area, were in good condition, the food options were terrible and not worth the price. I also found the housekeeping and maintenance interruptions quite bothersome, which really affected my stay.
